Christmas Crafts

Here are a couple of Christmas craft activities that we enjoyed at "Countdown to Christmas" a few years ago.

First, here's our very own sadly-missed super-crafter Joan demonstrating the angel crafts that we made during one of our sessions. There are two different versions included - one for younger children and a slightly more intricate one for those who like something more challenging.

Next, here is Martha Collison showing how to make stained glass biscuits. You can find her recipe here.

Finally, here's a great live (puppet) action advent calendar from John Hardwick. Why not watch one a day through December?

Duggie-Dug-Dug's Crazy Stay At Home Roadshows is a whole series made during the COVID lockdowns and available on YouTube - with puppets "Loo" and "Rolls", crazy science experiments, sign-language songs and activities you can try at home.

You may have already heard the UK Blessing, which was written and recorded as a blessing over our nation in 2020. This is a version featuring kids from different nations. "The Lord bless you and keep you, make his face shine upon you and give you peace."
