Things To DoOur Holiday Club may be over for another year, but here are a few ideas to keep you busy while you're waiting for next year. You can also check out our series of mini treasure trails if you feel like a little exercise and our songs page to keep you in the mood until next time. Diary of a Disciple: Luke's StoryIf you enjoyed the video stories we saw at this year's holiday club, you can watch the Christmas story again here: Or, you can listen to all 24 chapters from the book (audio only), here: Christmas CraftsHere are a couple of Christmas craft activities that we enjoyed at "Countdown to Christmas" a few years ago. First, here's our very own sadly-missed super-crafter Joan demonstrating the angel crafts that we made during one of our sessions. There are two different versions included - one for younger children and a slightly more intricate one for those who like something more challenging. Next, here is Martha Collison showing how to make stained glass biscuits. You can find her recipe here. Finally, here's a great live (puppet) action advent calendar from John Hardwick. Why not watch one a day through December? More things to doHere are a few things for you to do all year round. Sawtry Light Factory is run by the churches of Sawtry and we'd love to see you at any of our Sunday or mid-week activities. For more information about what's going on, check out the websites for Sawtry Methodist Church and All Saints Church. Duggie-Dug-Dug's Crazy Stay At Home Roadshows is a whole series made during the COVID lockdowns and available on YouTube - with puppets "Loo" and "Rolls", crazy science experiments, sign-language songs and activities you can try at home. You may have already heard the UK Blessing, which was written and recorded as a blessing over our nation in 2020. This is a version featuring kids from different nations.
